Types Certificate and Certificate of Ownership

In general, Iran Guereh issues four types of certificates and ownership confirmation for Iranian handwoven rugs, which are as follows:

• First type: Single-leaf certificate
  

  This type of certificate has a hand-woven rug confirmation mark, certificate number and serial number, quick response code (QR_code) to request a certificate, brief information about the hand-woven rug, including the place of creation, material, design and pattern, color, size, density, manufacturer's specifications and specifications. Ownership, complete photo of the rug, stamp and signature of the certifying authority and expert, which is provided to the users in the form of a single sheet in both Farsi and English languages. Single-leaf certificates of ownership are suitable for handicrafts with brief information and low average value and can be issued at an affordable cost.

  
• Second type: comprehensive certificate
  

  This type of certificate is in the form of a notebook with a leather cover. On the first page, the approval mark of Iran's handwoven rug, number and serial number of the certificate, along with the quick response code (QR_code) for querying the certificate are included. On the other pages, comprehensive and complete information about the hand-woven rug including the year and place of creation, creator's specifications, texture type, material, pattern and color, size, density and duration of creation along with a complete photo of the rug, seal and signature of the certifying authority and the expert, rug description and ownership specification. The comprehensive certificate is equipped with RFID tags and are available to users in the form of multiple pages and volumes in both Persian and English languages. This certificate is suitable for handwoven carpets with more information, with a medium to high value, as well as exquisite handwoven carpets.

  
• The third type: DoubleSided rug Certificate
  

  This type of certificate is the same as the comprehensive certificate with the above description and specifications, it is only issued for double-sided rugs. Since double-sided rugs have two different sides and in terms of appearance, such as the type of design, pattern, and color, the two sides are different from each other, It has been recorded both sides of the rug in the certificate. Therefore, this type of certificate is issued in the same format as the comprehensive certificate, but it has more pages to include the full details of both sides of double-sided rugs.

  
• Fourth type: Special comprehensive certificate or (VIP)
  

  The special certificate and ownership confirmation (VIP) has most of the characteristics of the comprehensive certificate, with the difference that in the special certificate (VIP), instead of one page of rug photos, there are four pages for inserting different photos of the rug and instead of one page of additional information, two pages are dedicated to the additional description of the rug. The most important difference and advantage of this certificate is the special blockchain card, which shows the registration of rug information and its ownership in the blockchain platform. Another feature of this certificate is the special packaging, which is in the form of a wooden box, in which there is a certificate, a card for blockchain information, and a flash memory containing the digital information of the rug. The special certificate and ownership confirmation (VIP) is issued for exquisite, museum and unique rugs.

  

Issuing process of certificate and confirmation of ownership of Persian Handwoven Carpet

In order to issue a certificate of Iranian handwoven carpet, several steps must be taken by the applicant, expert and Iran Guereh to obtain a certificate.

In general, first the request must be registered by the applicant offline or online. Then, the rug is examined by one of the experts of Iran Guereh in person and all the required information is extracted. In the next steps, the applicant must prepare and send the rug ownership verification documents as well as the rug photo file (according to the standards of Iran Guereh). After checking the property documents and carpet photo file and confirming it by the Iran Guereh team, the information of the rug will be registered on the Iran Guereh platform and its certificate will be issued. Finally, after the certificate is printed and bound in the exclusive workshop of Iran Guereh, the certificate will be sent to the applicant.
