In this meeting, the proposal to amend the constitution was announced by the secretary of the association and the following changes were announced in the constitution.

1. The number of board members increased from 3 to 5.
2. The entrance fee of the association until the end of 2023 was approved as one million tomans.
3. The annual membership fee until the end of 2023 was approved as one million tomans.
4. Determining the annual membership fee in the coming years is within the powers of the board of directors.

Mr. Mohammadreza Rashtizadeh said regarding the entry and annual membership fee that the association needs a minimum amount of capital to carry out executive work and it is better to increase these amounts. He also mentioned that the association is for unity and collective effort, and the purpose of the association is to improve the quality of handwoven rugs and the trust of consumers. Therefore, the purpose of the association in forming different working groups is that the members of the board of directors are not alone and the people present in the working groups can also cooperate.

Mr. Javad Elyasi stated that the union cannot legally enter into many issues, therefore the association was established to be a powerful arm of the union and the presence in the association can be a step for Qom Rug.

Mr. Abolfazl Khoshsohbat said that there are many rug problems and the union cannot solve all the problems alone, so it is better to help the union through the carpet association and the rug commission so that the carpet problems can be solved with each other's management and help.

Mr. Abbas Daneshpour considered the interaction and friendship between the association and the union to be important and said that with friendship, all work will be done correctly.

Mr. Mohsen Shirazi considered the cause of the bad condition of carpets to be lack of work and frustration of the rug industry and mentioned that people who have executive spirit and new ideas and can make changes, it is better to enter the field and advance the work.

Mohammadreza Sedighian stated that the association is not outside the guild and cannot do anything without its members. Therefore, with the identification of the board of directors and the cooperation of people in the commissions, a positive movement can be made.

Ms. Mahdiyeh Mollahosseini said that change will be created if each person starts from himself and since the goal of this group is positive change for the culture and art of rugs, we can take this step together and create the change. did
