This currency is in fact a state, and its price is determined by the central bank or other institutions of opinion and legal authorization according to international equality, and the official exchange rate in Iran is now published every day by the Central Bank currency office according to the value of the world’s valid currencies against domestic money on that day and for consumer awareness.
