The term English stand that is now used among the world with different meanings, including: the accepted sample, the unified, the extent, the scale of measurement, determining the value and quality, the model, something that has a formal profile, in the definition of the standard set of rules and regulations that are essential in the context of the needs of the human society, obtaining the same scientific and technical requirements. Standard is classed in various ways: 1) sizes and dimensions such as rug size ( rug, flower, etc.) that have not been done in Iran until now. Civilization and the connections between today’s societies have expanded the standard and implemented a practice of other human achievements.The standard is one of the most dominant branches of science and industry and production and commerce, and the development and progress of that day.
