Given that in the coming year, one of the main actions of the Qom Handwoven Rug Employers Association is to use modern technologies and digital marketing science to improve the Qom silk Rug market, following the agreements made with the Iran Guereh Group, a meeting was organized to introduce Iran Guereh specialized services

Therefore, Zahra Shavandi, the director of the Iran Guereh Group, began her speech by presenting a PowerPoint presentation and introducing the Iran Guereh Group and its programs. She explained that the Iran Guereh platform was designed and created as a comprehensive, scientific-applied, and strategic information source in the field of persian handwoven Rug. The main goal of Iran Guereh is to develop the art of persian handwoven Rug and improve its position on the global level. This platform focuses on providing operational solutions to solve existing and future issues and challenges and tries to help this authentic art flourish even more. She described the main missions and programs of this group in order to solve problems as follows

After introducing the main programs of Iran Guereh, Zahra Shavandi provided educational materials about the features of the Iran Guereh platform and its capabilities. In this training, she introduced the different sections of the site, including rug, galleries, and events. Referring to one of the challenges of exhibitions, namely the lack of a Rug catalog, she taught how to add rug and create a catalog through the site. One of the innovations of the site was the use of augmented reality (AR) technology, which she mentioned. By scanning the QR code of the Rug with a mobile phone, users can virtually view the Rug in their home decoration. She also introduced the ability to share Rug on social networks. Zahra Shavandi continued by mentioning the transparency of prices on the site and explained how different discount levels (such as gold, special, and platinum) can be defined for users so that prices are displayed at a discount according to the user level. He also mentioned the online handwoven Rug sales section of the site and explained that those interested can benefit from this feature and sell their Rug online by applying to be a seller and completing the relevant form. Continuing his presentation, he mentioned the social network Ragin, specifically for handwoven Rug activists. This platform allows activists in this field to create an account and complete their profile, and display their biography, educational background, job, services, and works. In the final part of this session, Mohammad Mehdi Givehchi, the web project manager of Iran Guereh, addressed important issues regarding the security and performance of the site's speed. He emphasized that this website has high levels of security and that various servers in Iran and abroad have been used to maintain and maintain user information as well as the speed of the site. He also mentioned the online sales section of handwoven Rug, which allows buyers to easily and with complete confidence purchase products from artists. In addition, he mentioned a new project that is being implemented, which is designed to organize the production of handmade carpets, manage and plan the complete stages of handmade carpet production from the time of sourcing raw materials to sales based on accounting and warehousing. This project helps artists and weavers improve their financial and accounting management processes and have more precise supervision over the stages of production and sales of their works
