In designs which a pattern is repeated all over the rug in both longitudinal and transverse directions, is called repetitive (Vagireh) design. In this rug, Arabesque and Shah Abbasi flowers motifs are repeated throughout the rug ground. Since Arabesque motifs have been designed like winding deer horns, this pattern is known as deer horns (Antler). On the other hand, since the repetition of Arabesque along with flowers has created a rotational mode in the rug ground, it is also called a carousel design. The origin of this design goes back to Toodeshk Naein region, which has been created by a designer artist in the combination of Arabesque motifs and Shah Abbasi flowers in the form of a consistent and beautiful design. All of the used fibers are natural and have been dyed with herbal colors and in a natural method in this rug.
